I baked my first batch of chocolate chip cookies when I was thirteen as a "thank you" to my math teacher for accepting late work. I loved it so much that I baked as often as I could and became known for my chocolate chips. The recipe has been tweaked over the years to form my Signature Chocolate Chip Cookie--soft and cake-like with a blend of milk, dark, and semi-sweet chocolate.
With large chunks of artisan chocolate and a rich vanilla flavor, the Chocolate Chunk cookie is the crunchy compliment to the soft Signature.
